We are starting with the tasks that fill a busy household's week: laundry, dry-cleaning and cleaning. We are doing it carefully, because letting someone into your home or handling your clothes is a matter of trust. That is why we are building identity checks, background screening and a person's approval into how providers join, and why we tell you plainly what is live and what is planned.
